A SprutCAM Tech Account is essential for order completion. If you already have one, use the associated email and password. All order, subscription, and product release updates are sent to your account’s email.
Sign In:
- Existing Account: Enter your SprutCAM Tech Account email and password. Reset your password if needed.
Password Creation:
- Ensure the security of your account by adhering to password complexity standards. Utilize the “generate secure password” link during registration for streamlined setup. Additionally, consider employing a password manager to enhance security measures.
Information regarding access, download, and activation will be communicated to you via email. Typically, your purchased products will be accessible in your account shortly after the transaction. If you haven’t received confirmation or fulfillment emails within 24 hours, please check your spam folder. For further assistance, feel free to contact our support team.
The order confirmation email includes your order number, which we recommend printing or saving as a record of your purchase. In certain instances, you may receive a second email.
- Place Separate Orders: Avoid errors by placing separate orders for different product license types or terms.
- Restart Your Browser: Resolve issues with web-based applications by closing and restarting your web browser.
- Clear Cache and Browsing Data: Previous visit data can lead to ordering problems, so clear your cache and browsing data.
- Try a Different Browser: If other troubleshooting options fail, experiment with another web browser.

- Purchase online from the products page, enter the same SprutCAM Tech ID/email and password used during the trial.
- Follow on-screen instructions to complete your order.
- Wait for confirmation email
- Restart your software to complete the activation process. Enter the same SprutCAM Tech ID/email and password used during the trial if needed.
Payment
- Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club
- ACH/direct debit/SWIFT: Transfer money directly from your bank account through a traditional invoice.
- Log in to your SprutCAM Tech Account at shop.sprutcam.com.
- Choose the subscription linked to the bank card you wish to change.
- In the subscription view, click Edit under your payment information.
- Edit billing address and expiration date. If the card number changed, add it as a new card.
For new subscriptions:
- During checkout, use a saved payment method or add a new card or payment method.
- If unsure about the information for an existing card, re-enter it as a new card.
- Card Information: for security reasons, you can’t view or edit card details after checkout. Re-enter card information as a new payment method if needed, ensuring the correct card number and expiration date.
- Name and Billing Address: confirm that the name and billing address match the records with your payment provider.
- Purchase Limits: some banks impose spending limits on individual purchases or within a day. If funds are available, contact your bank to authorize the charge or inquire about online purchase policies.
- Payment Error upon Renewal: if facing a renewal payment error, either edit the current payment method or add a new one as guided under “Changing a Bank Card.”
We process charges for your order as soon as our systems can complete the order and make your software or services available online. Processing can take up to 24 hours.
Invoice for Online Purchase
An invoice is automatically generated upon credit card purchase. The invoice can be downloaded from the My Account page.
Purchase via bank transfer
If you prefer to make a purchase via bank transfer, please get in touch with your local dealer.
- To receive a full refund for a monthly subscription from SprutCAM Tech, return it within 15 days of the initial purchase or renewal date.
- For annual subscriptions, initiate the return within 30 days of the purchase or renewal date.
- This policy only applies to purchases and renewals directly from SprutCAM Tech and excludes other products or services such as consulting services and membership fees.
- Visit the contact us page, provide your preferred contact option and order information for a prompt refund.
