Making vise for Tormach CNC

If there is a need for a vise for Tormach CNC machines, roguetoolpath will develop it. And then machine them on the same machines. And don’t forget the storage cases.

Working on some parametric cad modeling and refining cam templates and methods to create complete multi side cam programs with less effort and time! My software combo makes this a little more difficult. Still while not totally integrated I can get amazing repeatable results with little drama and frustration. Shown are 4 different sizes of pin vises I like to use when dealing with small parts. Easy to design, cam and generate g-code. Takes hours of stock prep and cnc machining to make sets of each size. And of course wood and plastic storage boxes made on the cnc router to keep all these tools organized is always part of the project!
