“Some nice little EN24T jig fixture clamps finished off a couple of days ago. Where appropriate when tapping I quite like to drill\/chamfer from one side, flip over then chamfer and tap. Makes for a nice clean thread entry on both sides<\/p>\n

I always add a chamfer to every hole when I draw them on a cad model. It just makes it look finished. That is until you size the hole wrong and have to make it larger”<\/p>\n
